The Company’s wholly owned subsidiaries includes Germany-based Leclanche GmbH, which is engaged in manufacturing of lithium ion batteries, and Trineuron, which develops lithium battery management systems (BMS) and module designs for transport applications. The Company operates in Switzerland, Germany, Belgium and the United States.
