About the company

Shirble Department Store Holdings (China) Limited is engaged in operation and management of department stores in the People’s Republic of China. The Company is Shenzhen-based department store chains. As of December 31, 2010, it owned and operated 13 department stores, of which 11 were within Shenzhen and two were located in Changsha and Shanwei, respectively. The categories of products include electronics and home appliances; clothes, apparel and bedding; children’s goods, sporting and stationery goods; food and beverages, and daily necessities and cosmetic goods. A range of merchandise is offered in the stores, including footwear, textiles, apparel, cosmetics, children’s and households’ goods, electrical appliances, daily consumer products and household necessities. The Company opened two new department stores with an aggregate gross floor area of approximately 49,950 square meters in Bao’an district, the Shajing store in August 2010 and the Minzhi store in December 2010 respectively.
