About the company

KOSE R.E. Co., Ltd. is a real estate company. The Company operates in three business segments. The Family Condominium Sales segment is engaged in the planning, development and sale of condominiums in Tokyo and central cities of Kyushu and other prefectures. The Real Estate Leasing and Management segment is engaged in the leasing, management and brokerage of condominiums for asset management purpose. The Building Maintenance segment mainly undertakes after-sales services such as administrative affairs, inspection and maintenance of family apartments and asset management apartments that the Company supplies in the Fukuoka metropolitan area.
