About the company

Aeon Reit Investment Corp is a real estate investment trust (REIT) company. It aims to achieve sustainable growth in asset and stable earnings from mid- to long-term perspectives. The Fund mainly invests in real estate assets such as commercial facilities in domestic and overseas. Its property portfolio includes Aeon Lake Town mori, Aeon Lake Town kaze, Aeon Mall Morioka, Aeon Mall Ishinomaki, Aeon Mall Mito Uchihara, Aeon Mall Ota, Aeon Sagamihara Shopping Center, Aeon Mall Ogaki, AEON Mall Suzuka and Aeon Mall MEIWA and others. The asset manager of the Fund is Aeon Reit Management Co Ltd.
