The Trust invests mainly in real estate properties, including office buildings and commercial facilities. The Trust’s targeted investment areas are major cities and the surrounding areas throughout Japan, with a focus on commercial facilities and office properties located in Tokyo and the major cities around Tokyo. Its property portfolios include Hulic Kamiyacho Building, Hulic Kudan Building, Lapiross Roppongi, Oimachi Redevelopment Building No.2, Hulic Jingumae Building, Trust Garden Yoga no Mori and Ikebukuro Network Center. The asset management company is Hulic REIT Management Inc.
