Dachan Food Asia Ltd is an investment holding company principally engaged in feeds production, chicken meat processing and the supply of processed foods. The Company operates its business through three segments. The Chicken Meat segment is engaged in the breeding and hatching of broiler breeder eggs, contract farming and the processing and marketing of chilled and frozen chicken meat marketed under the brand of DaChan. The Livestock Feeds segment is engaged in the manufacture and distribution of complete feed, base mix and pre-mix for swine, layer, broiler, dairy, duck, and breeder poultry. The Processed Foods segment is engaged in the production and distribution of pickled, pre-fried, and roasted foods, further processed chilled and frozen chicken meat.
