About the company

Mori Trust Sogo Reit Inc is a Japan-based real estate investment trust (REIT) company. The Company aims to achieve sustainable growth and stable earnings from mid- to long-term perspectives. The Fund invests in office buildings, commercial facilities, housings and hotels mainly in Tokyo, Chiba, Saitama and Kanagawa prefectures. Its main properties includes Tokyo Shiodome Building, ON Building, Hotel Okura Kobe, Shinbashi Ekimae MTR Building, Osaki MT Building, Shibuya Flag and others buildings. The asset manager of the Fund is MORI TRUST Asset Management Co., Ltd.
