About the company

Kenedix Office Investment Corp is a Japan-based real estate investment trust (REIT) company. The Company primarily invests in real estate, chiefly office buildings, housing and commercial buildings located in Tokyo and regional economic areas. It aims to achieve stable earnings and sustainable asset growth from mid- to long-term perspectives. Its property portfolio includes KDX Nihonbashi 313 Building, Higashi-Kayabacho Yuraku Building, Harajuku FF Building, Ark Mori Building, Ginza 4-chome Tower, Portas Center Building and others. The asset manager of the Company is Kenedix Real Estate Fund Management Inc.
