The asset manager of Japan Rental Housing Investments Inc. is Mi-Casa Asset Management Inc. On October 4, 2013, November 8, 2013, and July 1, 2014, it acquired nine properties, respectively. On November 29, 2013, January 31 and May 26, 2014, it acquired three Japan-based properties, respectively. On May 21 and July 2, 2014, it sold two properties respectively. On June 5 and September 1, 2014, it acquired two Japan-based properties, respectively.
