About the company

Gain Plus Holdings Limited is an investment holding company principally engaged in the provision of repair, maintenance, addition and alteration (RMAA) services. The RMAA services include general upkeep, restoration and improvement of existing facilities and components of buildings and their surroundings. It also procures materials for customers and where necessary, subcontractors to assist with the relevant projects, and ensures the works carried out by subcontractors in accordance with the contract specifications and customers’ requirements. In addition, the Company also provides building construction services. The building construction services primarily consist of building works and civil works for new buildings, such as lift tower, soccer field and walkways, such as site clearance, site formation, piling, structure work, plastering, installation of doors, windows and floor tiles and site coordination for new buildings such as lift tower, soccer field and walkways.
