About the company

Neometals Ltd is an Australia-based battery materials producer. The Company has developed and is commercializing three environmentally friendly processing technologies. The Company operates through three segments: lithium, titanium/vanadium and other. It is commercializing Lithium-ion Battery (LiB) Recycling technology via Primobius GmbH JV. It is providing recycling service as principal in Germany and commenced plant supply and licensing activities as technology partner to Mercedes-Benz. The Company is involved in commercializing patented ELi electrolysis process to produce battery quality lithium hydroxide from brine and/or hard-rock feedstocks. It also enables sustainable production of high-purity vanadium pentoxide from processing of steelmaking by-product (Slag). Its Barrambie Titanium and Vanadium Project is a highest-grade hard-rock titanium-vanadium deposits. The other segment comprises other minor exploration projects and mineral process technology businesses.
