Its two poles are concentrated in two main segments, including senior housing and apartment buildings, with a residual non-strategic segment comprising hotels and other types of building. Aedifica SA holds a German subsidiary Aedifica Asset Management GmbH, which advises and supports the Company in the development and management of its real estate portfolio in Germany. It also operates through a number healthcare sites and a care residence in the Netherlands.
