Corporacion Interamericana de Entretenimiento SAB de CV (CIE) is a Mexico-based company engaged in the leisure sector. The Company’s business activities are structured in four divisions: CIE Entretenimiento, which specializes in the organization and sponsorship of concerts and live performances, venue management, ticketing, souvenirs sales and artist management and representation; CIE Las Americas, active in the gaming sector, as well as it manages the Complejo Las Americas, an entertainment complex that comprises a hippodrome, a convention center, a children’s theme park and restaurants; CIE Parques de Diversiones, which operates two amusement parks located in Colombia, and CIE Commercial, which offers advertising and marketing services.
