The Distribution segment is engaged in the operation of department stores in JR central towers, as well as the merchandising business in train compartments and stations. The Real Estate segment is engaged in the leasing and sale of station buildings and other real estate. The Company is also engaged in the operation of hotels, tourism and advertising businesses, the manufacture of railway vehicles, as well as the provision of maintenance, inspection and repair services for various equipment.
