Dalata Hotel Group PLC (Dalata) is an Ireland-based company, which owns and operates hotels in Ireland, the United Kingdom (UK), and Continental Europe. The Company operates two hotel brands, Clayton Hotels and Maldron Hotels. The Company also owns sub-brands, including Grain & Grill, Club Vitae, and Red Bean Roastery. It also operates a collection of branded hotels with distinct identities, including Dalata-owned brands, such as The Gibson Hotel and The Samuel Hotel in Dublin’s Docklands. The Company’s portfolio comprises 53 three and four-star hotels with 11,412 rooms and a pipeline of over 1,300 rooms. It has 32 owned hotels, 18 leased hotels and three management contracts. Its hotel portfolio also includes new hotels in Dublin, Manchester, Bristol, Glasgow, and its first hotel in Continental Europe, in Dusseldorf, Germany. The Company also holds a leasehold interest in Hard Rock Hotel Amsterdam American.
