About the company

Dipula Income Fund Limited is a South Africa-based real estate investment trust (REIT). The Company owns a sectoral and geographically diversified portfolio of retail, office, industrial and residential rental assets throughout South Africa, with the majority of its assets located in Gauteng. The portfolio comprises approximately 179 properties with a total gross lettable area of 915 243-meter square. The Company's segments include Retail, Industrial, Offices, Residential, Land and Corporate. Its residential portfolio at consists of 712 units. The Company has approximately 35 office properties, over 52 industrial properties and approximately four residential properties. The Company's properties include Firestation Rosebank, Renaissance Park, Seshego Circle, Palm Court, Horison Office Park, Markem Office Building, Perm East London, Selbourne House Bloemfontein and Witbank Hoskins House, among others.
