About the company

Emira Property Fund is a diversified real estate investment trust (REIT). The Company offers investors the opportunity to own a share of the conservatively geared portfolio. It has a property portfolio of South African assets, and a growing component of offshore assets. Its property portfolio spans multiple sectors, namely office, industrial, retail, and residential. It has 20 office buildings in its direct portfolio. Its industrial portfolio is divided among single-tenant light industrial and warehouse facilities and multi-tenant midi- and mini-unit industrial parks. Its office properties include 100 on Armstrong, 2 Frosterley Park, Chiappini House, and Epsom Downs Office Park, among others. Its industrial property portfolio 1 Medical Road, Admiral House, Cambridge Park, Gateway Landing, Freeway Park, and Greenfields, among others. Its retail properties include Kramerville Corner, Parklands Health Centre, Gateway Centre, and others. Bolton is its residential property.
