The Bank operates in four segments: Retail banking, which offers a range of retail, personal and commercial services to individuals, small and medium business customers, including a range of e-business products to serve the retail banking segment; Corporate banking, which offers a range of commercial and corporate banking services to the corporate business customers, including other medium and large business customers, and covers the power and infrastructure; oil and gas upstream and downstream; real estate, and agro-allied industries; Investment banking, which is involved in the funding and management of the banks securities, trading and investment decisions on asset management with a view of maximizing the banks shareholders returns, and Public sector, which offers a range of services to governments of various levels, including parastatals, ministries, departments and other agencies.
