About the company

GSW Immobilien AG is a Germany-based company operating in the residential real estate sector. The Company's portfolio encompasses approximately 58,000 residential units with an average size of 60.5 square meters per unit, as well as approximately 1000 and approximately 9,500 parking units. All portfolio properties are based in Berlin, Germany. The residential properties are mostly situated in Reinickendorf and Spandau districts of Berlin, each having over 7,500 residential units owned by the Company. It focuses on the long-term rental management of residential property. The Company operates a number of Berlin-based, wholly consolidated consolidated subsidiaries and, since November 1, 2011, one in Essen, Germany.
