About the company

International Container Terminal Services, Inc. is an international operator of user container terminals serving the global container shipping industry. Its business is the acquisition, development, operation and management of container terminals. It operates through cargo handling and related services segment. It has three geographical segments: Asia, EMEA and Americas. It also handles general cargoes and provides ancillary services such as storage, container packing and unpacking, inspection, weighing, and services for refrigerated containers. Its services are divided into three categories: On-vessel, which includes loading and unloading of cargoes, rigging gears, hatches, securing cargo stored on board and shifting cargo to and from vessels; Off-vessel, which includes handling, checking and delivery of containers over piers, wharves, transit sheds, warehouses and open storage areas and the transfer of containers from the tail of a consignee's transportation unit, and Other Services.
