Compania Introductora de Buenos Aires SA (CIBA) is an Argentina-based company engaged in the production and distribution of salt and spices for domestic consumption and for industrial processes. Its products include condiments for meat, fish and poultry; domestic salt, such as cooking salt, half-refined salt, table salt, light salt and flavored salt; industrial salts, such as salt in bulk, common salt in sacks, washed and dried salts; liquid dressings, such as classic vinegar, balsamic vinegar, cabernet vinegar and extra virgin olive oil; and spices, such as cinnamon, basil, bay leaf, black peppercorn, chimichurri and garlic, among others. In addition, the Company markets its products under the Dos Anclas trademark. As of June 30, 2012, the Company owned fully consolidated subsidiary Dos Anclas SA.
