About the company

Italtile Limited is a South Africa-based manufacturer, franchisor and retailer of tiles, bathroom ware and other related home-finishing products. The Company operates through five segments: Retail, Franchising, Properties, Supply and Support Services and Manufacturing. Its retail brands are CTM, Italtile Retail, TopT and U-Light. The retail operations consist of a property portfolio and a vertically integrated supply chain comprising International Tap Distributors (an importer and distributor of brassware and accessories), and Cedar Point, (an importer of shower enclosures, laminated boards, cabinets, sanitaryware, decor and tiling tools). The Company's manufacturing operations consist of Ceramic Industries and Ezee Tile. The Supply and Support Services segment distribute tiles, shower enclosures, brassware, laminate and vinyl flooring, accessories, and tiling tools. The Company has a total network of approximately 216 stores.
