Stuve Gold Corp. is a Canada-based company, which is engaged in the acquisition and development of mining properties in Chile. The Company’s projects include Coba SW Property, Santa Gracia Property, INCA Property, ROMA Property and El Bosque Property. The Coba SW Property is located approximately 250 kilometers (km) north-northwest of La Serena in the Atacama Retion (Region lll), Chile. The Santa Gracia property lies south of the Coba SW property in the same Chilean Coastal Lower Cretaceous IOCG and Copper - Gold Porphyry Belt. The property encompasses 11,500 hectares (ha) located in the Santa Gracia district of Northern Chile. The Inca Property encompasses 2,941 ha located in the southern sector of Maricunga Gold - Silver Belt. ROMA Property is an early staged exploration property located 20 km northeast of Ovalle, Region IV, Chile, within the Coastal Cretaceous Porphyry Copper-Gold belt. The El Bosque property consists of 90 exploration concessions totaling 25,800 ha.
