About the company

LXP Industrial Trust is a real estate investment trust (REIT). The Company is focused on single-tenant warehouse and distribution investments in diversified net-leased assets. The Company’s primary business is conducted through wholly owned subsidiaries, but it conducts a portion of its business through an operating partnership subsidiary, Lepercq Corporate Income Fund L.P. (LCIF). It provides capital to merchant builders by providing construction financing and/or a takeout for build-to-suit projects, speculative development properties and recently developed properties with vacancy. The Company focuses on investments in the Sunbelt and Midwest. Its properties include LXP Industrial Trust, incorporated on December 23, 1997, 2500 Patrick Henry Pkwy, 3902 Gene Field Rd, 1210 AvidXchange Ln, 2221 Schrock Rd, 500 Olde Worthington Rd, 25 Lakeview Dr, 601 & 701 Experian Pkwy, 4001 International Pkwy, 8900 Freeport Pkwy, 2203 North Westgreen Blvd, 318 Pappy Dunn Blvd, and 4801 North Park
