International Iconic Gold Exploration Corp. is a Canada-based company engaged in the business of acquiring, exploring, and evaluating mineral resource properties in Argentina. Its primary business is the development of its core precious metal assets. It owns the rights to San Roque Gold Property, which consists of about eight contiguous claims. San Roque is a gold exploration property, which is located in Northeast Patagonia near the Atlantic coast in the Province of Rio Negro, Argentina, and is held by Minas San Roque S.A., a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company. San Roque prospect is situated approximately 85 kilometers (Kms) west of the deep seaport San Antonio Oeste, in Rio Negro Argentina. Its other Argentine properties include the Lago Fontana mine rights in Chubut Province, the Mechanquil mine rights in Rio Negro province, the Milagros mine properties in Mendoza province, exploration rights in Ortiquita, and various claims in Salta, San Juan, and Catamarca Provinces.
