The Company focuses on opportunistic investments in real estate properties with a value-add component and real estate credit with an objective to increase the cash flow and value of its properties, acquire properties with cash flow growth potential and achieve capital appreciation for shareholders through a value-add program. The Company is externally managed by NexPoint Real Estate Advisors X, L.P. (the Adviser).
