Odfjell Drilling Ltd. is a Bermuda-based company, which operates mobile offshore drilling units. The Company operates through two segments: Own Fleet and External Fleet. The Own Fleet segment operates drilling units owned by Odfjell Drilling. The External Fleet segment offers management services to other owners of drilling units, mainly operational management, management of regulatory requirements, marketing, contract negotiations and client relations, and preparations for operation and mobilization. The Company's fleet includes Deepsea Stavanger, Deepsea Atlantic, Deepsea Aberdeen, Deepsea Nordkapp, Deepsea Yantai, Deepsea Mira, and Deepsea Bollsta. The Company provides drilling and related services to the offshore oil and gas industry. The Company's advanced fleet of harsh environment semi-submersibles operates in the areas, such as the North Sea, West of Shetland, the Barents Sea, and the deep-water areas offshore South Africa.
