About the company

Park ADSITS (Park REIT-Sofia) is a Bulgaria-based real estate investment trust, licensed by the Bulgarian Financial Supervision Commission. It specializes in the securitization of real estate. The Company invests domestically and abroad in the real estate sector by purchasing titles and other rights over real estate. It also constructs buildings or makes renovations, in order to have them on lease, for rent or for sale. Its portfolio includes residential buildings, such as apartments, studios, houses and villas, as well as business center in the village of Yunets and the cities of Sofia and Sozopol. As of December 31, 2011, the Company’s major shareholder was Balgarska Banka za Razvitie AD with a stake of 24%.
