Restaurant Brands New Zealand Limited is engaged in the operation of quick service and takeaway restaurant concepts in New Zealand, Australia, United States, Saipan and Guam. The Company operates the KFC, Pizza Hut, Taco Bell and Carl’s Jr. brands in New Zealand, the KFC and Taco Bell brands in Australia, the KFC and Taco Bell brands in California, and the Taco Bell and Pizza Hut brands in Hawaii and Guam. It has approximately 493 stores, which includes 377 owned stores and 116 franchised stores. It has five Taco Bell and four KFC stores across New Zealand and Australia, two KFC stores in California, and one Taco Bell store in Hawaii offset by two Taco Bell store closures in Hawaii. There are 143 RBD-owned stores in New Zealand, 85 stores in Australia, 73 in Hawaii, and 76 in California. The Company’s subsidiaries include Restaurant Brands Limited, Restaurant Brands Australia Pty Limited, QSR Pty Limited, Taco Aloha Inc., RBD California Restaurants Limited and others.
