The Company's main business is investing in income-generating real estate across all sectors within the Western Cape, predominantly in the Cape Town region. Its investment portfolio is made up of approximately 28 properties comprising a mix of industrial, commercial, retail, hospitality, and development by gross lettable area (GLA). Its diversified industrial portfolio comprises multi-let industrial, manufacturing, bulk warehousing, logistics and mini/mid-sized urban logistics parks. Its commercial office assets are all located in Cape Town. Its retail portfolio consists of a mix of convenience and destination retail centers. The total GLA of the portfolio is over 409,868 square meters. Its property portfolio includes Mega Park, Bellville; Sable Square Shopping Centre, Milnerton; Long Street, Cape Town; Liberty Life Building, Century City, and Northgate Park, Brooklyn.
