Its single houses/twin house projects include Sena Grandhome Rangsit - Tiwanon, Sena Park Grand Ramindra, Sena Park Ville Ramindra - Wongwaen, and Sena Ville Borommaratcha- Chonnani - Sai 5. Its townhomes projects include Sena Vela Thepharak - Bangbo, Sena Ville Lamlukka - Klong 6, and Baan Burapa Proudtown Bowin Chonburi. Its Commercial buildings projects include Sena Shophouse Sukhumvit 113 and Sena Avenue Bangkadi-Tiwanon. Its condominiums projects include Piti Sukhumvit 101, Niche Mono Itsaraphap, Sena Kith Srinakarin - Sridan, and Niche Id Rama 2.
