About the company

Stor-Age Property REIT Limited is a South Africa-based self-storage real estate investment trust (REIT). It owns, acquires, develops and manages self-storage assets throughout South Africa's metropolitan cities. Its objective is to deliver an attractive income stream from a portfolio of high-quality self-storage properties with potential for income and capital growth through increasing rentals and occupancy levels, expanding existing properties and acquiring additional self-storage properties. Its geographical segments include South Africa, which includes Western Cape, Gauteng, Free State, Kwazulu-Natal and Eastern Cape, and the United Kingdom. Its portfolio consists of over 93 trading properties, which comprises 57 properties in South Africa and a further 36 properties in the United Kingdom, providing storage space to over 47 000 customers across both markets. Its subsidiaries include Roeland Street Investments Proprietary Limited and Roeland Street Investments 2 Proprietary Limited.
