Its segments include Real Estate Operations and Leasing Operations. Its Real Estate Operations segment is engaged in the acquisition, entitlement, development, and sale of real estate. The segment is focused on developing multi-family and single-family residential properties and residential-centric mixed-use properties. The Leasing Operations segment is primarily involved in the lease of space at retail and mixed-use properties, which it developed, and the lease of residences in multi-family projects that it developed. The tenants in its retail and mixed-use properties include grocery stores, restaurants, healthcare services, and other retail products and services.
