The Company holds 2120 megahertz (MHz) of exclusive spectrum licenses in the 24 gigahertz (GHz) and 38 GHz spectrum bands, which it utilizes to provide enterprise-grade networking and connectivity services. It owns and operates a carrier-grade Multi-Protocol Label Switching (MPLS) enabled wireline and fixed wireless, Internet Protocol (IP) communications network in Canada. It offers a range of diverse ethernet-based services over a secured wireless connection to customer locations up to 20 kilometers from a hub (provided line of sight or wireline networks exist) or through a fiber optic connection. To deliver its services, it has built and operates a carrier-grade, IP network, using licensed and license-exempt spectrum and fiber-optic wireline infrastructure that supports commercially available equipment.
