As of December 31, 2011, Trisul SA had a number of subsidiaries, including Tricury Construcoes e Participacoes Ltda, Incosul Incorporacao e Construcao Ltda and Ribeirao VIII Empreendimentos Imobiliarios Ltda, among others.
