Harvest Minerals Limited is an Australia-based company, which is focused on the discovery and development of South American fertilizer or agriproduct projects. The Company’s flagship project, Arapua Fertiliser project, produces organic fertilizer and is located in the state of Minas Gerais, Brasilia and within one of the agro-industrial centers of Brazil. In addition, the Company holds four other projects in Brazil, Sergipe-otash, Mandacaru Phosphate, Miriri Phosphate and Limestone. The Mandacaru project comprises three exploration licenses covering a total area of approximately 5,908.67 hectares (ha). The Miriri Phosphate project is located in the State of Pernambuco, an agricultural state in Brazil, this advanced project comprises seven mineral rights spanning a total area of approximately 6,112 ha. The Limestone project is located in the municipality of Iguatama, Minas Gerais and approximately 168 km from Arapua.
