About the company

Mytilineos SA, formerly known as Mytilineos Holdings SA, is a Greece-based industrial company. Through its subsidiaries, it is active in three main operating business segments: Metallurgy & Mining, EPC (Engineering-Procurement-Construction) & Infrastructure and Power & Gas. The Metallurgy and Mining segment covers the vertically integrated aluminum and alumina productive activities. The EPC & Infrastructure segment specializes in the construction of power plants from design and procurement through to construction and completion, with projects currently underway in Europe, the Middle East, Asia and Africa. Through the Power & Gas segment, the Company operates in the energy sector as an independent electricity producer and gas trader.
