Its portfolio of venues includes approximately 21 destinations and investments in outlet villages through its partnership with Value Retail (VR). The Company's retail venues include Bullring & Grand Central, Birmingham, Bicester Village, Oxfordshire, Dundrum Town Centre, Dublin, and Les Terrasses du Port, Marseille. VR owns and operates approximately nine Villages in the United Kingdom and Western Europe, which provide approximately 190,000 square meters of floor space across over 1,000 stores. The Company's subsidiaries include Grantchester Holdings Limited, Hammerson Group Management Limited, Hammerson International Holdings Limited, Hammerson Group Management Limited and Hammerson Group Limited.
