About the company

Vesuvius plc is engaged in molten metal flow engineering and technology. The Company’s segments include Steel and Foundry. The Steel Division operates in four business lines: Steel Flow Control, Advanced Refractories, Foundry, and Steel Sensors & Probes. The Steel Flow Control unit supplies the global steel industry with consumable ceramic products, systems, robotics, and digital services. Steel Advanced Refractories supplies specialist refractory products designed to enable steel-making equipment to hold the molten metal. Steel Sensors & Probes supplies a range of products that enhance the control and monitoring of customers’ production processes. The Foundry Division operates under the Foseco brand, which offers a range of foundry consumables and equipment to meet the requirements of iron foundries, steel foundries, and non-ferrous foundries. The Foundry Division’s six core product lines are feeding systems, coatings, metal treatment, filters, refractories, and crucibles.
