About the company

Bank of Ireland Group plc is a financial services company. The Company provides a range of banking and other financial services. The Company has five segments: Retail Ireland, Wealth and Insurance, Retail UK, Corporate and Markets, and Group Centre. Retail Ireland segment provides financial services in Ireland with a network of branches across the country, mobile and online banking applications and customer contact center. Wealth and Insurance segment distributes protection, investment and pension products to the Irish market, across three channels made up of its distribution channels, independent financial brokers and its own financial advisor network, as well as corporate partners. The Retail UK segment includes the activities the Company’s United Kingdom licensed banking subsidiary, Bank of Ireland (UK) plc. Corporate and Markets segment is engaged in corporate banking, wholesale financial markets, specialized acquisition finance and large transaction property lending business.
