Consolidated Edison, Inc. is a holding company that provides energy-related products and services through its subsidiaries. The Company’s segments include CECONY’s regulated utility activities, O&R’s regulated utility activities, the Clean Energy Businesses and Con Edison Transmission. CECONY’s principal business segments are its regulated electric, gas and steam utility activities. Its O&R’s principal business operations are its regulated electric and gas delivery businesses. The Clean Energy Businesses segment develops, owns and operates renewable and sustainable energy infrastructure projects and provides energy-related products and services to wholesale and retail customers. Con Edison Transmission segment invests in electric transmission projects and manages both electric and gas assets. Its subsidiaries include Consolidated Edison Company of New York, Inc., Orange and Rockland Utilities, Inc., Con Edison Clean Energy Businesses, Inc. and Con Edison Transmission, Inc.
